Tonight I was subjected to Salsa music. Thanks to my dad's tastes. He finds it hard to believe I can't stand the stuff and it gives me a headache in the salsa "club" (I went once with my sister because she tried to convince me it's a lot of fun. Maybe to her it is...). I liked it better when we always had classical music on, at least I really liked that. It's just that we all have such different tastes that there's very little possibility of pleasing everyone. So we have to go with pleasing my dad. Which is why I'm not unhappy living in a different city now.
