well I'm not hearing a no, so that means yes right ?

Miss Absynthe 11-07-2012 11:05 PM

Does it? Does the lack of an explicit 'no' really mean yes?

Timeless Rebellion 11-07-2012 11:13 PM

So that's how r-apists justify it then?

who said I was doing that ?

Miss Absynthe 11-09-2012 11:20 PM

I said that you were doing that.

The assertion that someone has to state and explicit "No" is not only victim-blaming bullshit and rrape-culture (the onus should be on people to gain consent if they want to initiate contact, not on people to withdraw consent after contact is already initiated), but it's legally untrue.

Even if you look at rrape from a purely legal standpoint, the word "no" doesn't have to be spoken to show non-consent.

Timeless Rebellion 11-10-2012 05:11 AM

Pothead just went from religious fanatic to batshit crazy.
Well done Potty!

no it wasn't you who said I was victim blaming, it was some duck that said it , and a illegitimate rrape is like what you did and withdrew consent during a act was already initiated ..lol..and a no don't have to be said if you unconscious, but if your fully aware and no retarded it has to be said in most cases. thats why they tell you to just say no
