My last cat did that, but these two I have now just accomodate me (well, Sonny does at least). In fact, a lot of the time he just ends up sleeping on my chest and we just nap together.

I scoop Floyd's fuzzy butt up, move him to the side and he looks at me all "wtf..." like while I lay down and get comfy curled up on my side... then he gets up and wanders all over me, tests out a few place to curl back up, but always ends up curling his fuzzy little self into a ball behind my knees or against my stomach. Which works really well in winter, he's an interactive space heater!

hehe, Mitsy's a cutie, those pictures are evil lookin' though, lol

My dog does that, either sitting on her haunches or standing on her hind legs. She does it to beg for food or to indicate that she wants to get closer to someone (like a neighbor riding in the elevator with us).

It reminds me of the Wayne's World "we're not worthy" move. ;)

As for Griffin, she's "my baby" she doesn't live with me anymore, mum started having issues with her about the same time I switched her over to frozen rats instead of live rats, for some silly reason she didn't want them in her freezer, lol
