Bwahahaha.
I went to Catholic school when I was in 4th and 5th grade, and I argued with the nuns. Never got hit with any rulers though.

Perfection is the perception that something is flawless, even though it is not. To me God is not perfection, it is a perception that he is by those that wish to belive it to be so. The phrase 'God is in the details' sums this up for me. He created man in his own image, so every detail is reflecterd in his perception of perfection.

What does perfect even mean when describing something that by most accounts exists outside of the closed universal system? Is it a God that makes half-court three point shots every time and has excellent penmanship? An amplifier that goes up to 11?

Is God just a wild card, an asterisk in the operating system of conventional reality?

Actually, I kind of like that. The Alpha and the Omega, the star-dot-star. I bet they'd have used that if they DOS back then.

Nothing can be proven, ever. Although, that argument is somewhat stale. Just some arguments are better than others. I.E. Cosmological > Ontological.

Just because we are unable to see the cause to the effect, does not mean that there is not one. While "God" is a possibility, it is only one of many and the term should not be a blanket form. If you go that way, then you might end up finding yourself worshiping a trans-dimensional neutrino that passed through the space that would become our universe. "God" is an overly grand term for such an occurance (or an ironic one, if you want to go that way).
