Gothic.net Community - The "What Are You Currently Listening To?" thread

They've been around since 1980. I can't believe you don't know them, XD

They make a lot of their own instruments and can get really experimental/avante garde. A lot of people tend to just throw them into the industrial genre, but I really believe they are one of those bands that just can't be classified. It's really cliche and cheezy, and so many people have it, if I ever get a tatoo It would be their toltec petroglyph logo. I've already got it painted on the back of my old sweater, heh.

I found it on the "Kaliffornian Deathrock" compilation, and the liner notes said that this was the first time that it had ever appeared on C.D.

Pretty cool. I looked it up online, it did only appear on that one comp tape and 20 years later it makes it onto a pretty prestigous CD release. I'll have to try and find it and give it a listen.
