I've been given a pen by an old polish bloke who spoke about 5 words of English because I helped him out with getting to the right train station. Sweet but weird.

What a crazy day, it was warm out for a change (we got snow a few days ago! SNOW!) so I was outside most of the day. And I still need to go get groceries >.> Midnight grocery trips are okay in warm weather, though.

Work is really boring during icky weather, I wish we could work out in the weight room or something.

Me: "I'm kind of at work right now"

Me: "Yeah but that doesn't make me not at work"
Emily: "But I want to play with your boobs"

It hasn't happened yet but I can pretty much tell you by the time I get there things will have died down and Em will no longer be a fun drunk, instead she will have completely forgotten to pace herself and will be feeling very sick and instead of wanting to play with my boobs she will want me to hold her hair and/or clean the puke off of her face. This isn't the first time this has happened, nor will it be the last. That and I really have no interest in hooking up with her, not since freshmen year, and back then she was too uptight to consider hooking up with a girl. I find the whole thing pretty damn amusing.

So I called her when I got off work and she was already passed out. Seriously who passes out by 10:30? You would think she's a freshman, not someone who just earned her masters.

Apparently she was sad when she woke up today and realized that her pillow was in fact not my boobs, she should know by now that I don't cuddle all night, silly girl. Thankfully that wasn't the only reason that she called (or else I would worry that she was still drunk), she invited me and Jake to go to Busch on Friday, which I'm really looking forward to since there is a new show and a new ride, plus most kids are still in school so the lines are super short.



On a completely unrelated note: How much do you think is reasonable to expect bridesmaids to pay for their dresses?

I honestly wouldn't pay anymore then about $120. It also depends alot on whether it would be wearable for other occasions.

I'm thinking of going with fairly simple black cocktail dresses, but I haven't decided if I want to pick them out myself or just give my bridesmaids an idea of what I want but let them pick the individual dresses, since I don't want them all in the same dress anyway.

I think that's a good idea. Black cocktail dresses are wearable for other occasions. And you can find alot of cute ones for less than $100 at times.
