Yummy tip
Really strong coffe, a little bit of milk or cream and nesquick
|
I just might try that someday. :D
|
or w/ international delight's hazelnut and a bit of irish bristol creme delish
|
Mmmm sounds yummy. At work, I once bought a cup of coffee and a starbucks double shot expresso and mixed the two. It was so yummy.
*Runs off to make coffee now* |
I like iced chai tea latte with raspberry from Starbucks. My boss says it tastes like a candle, which I guess it does...you'll just have to try it.
|
Candles taste good?
|
Why does your boss know what a candle tastes like? ;-)
|
Hey, that sounds good. The Nesquick thing I mean, not candles... I dunno, maybe those do too.
|
Sounds great, but for the record, what flavor of nesquick to be exact good sir? :D

My reduced-calorie super yummy custard-like french toast:
Try making French toast (always toast the toast first, it makes it more absorbent) with cinnamon and sugar (splenda) instead of salt and pepper and put smooshed up berries (w/ more splenda) on top of it instead of maple syrup. And use the low cal almost-egg out of the box instead of real egg, and non-fat vanilla soy milk instead of the regular stuff. I usually like to add a little extra vanilla extract and some orange peel, nutmeg, or allspice. Or all three. It's great, and would go well with your fussy boho coffee. |
Or you could use the real stuff, if you're not concerned with calories.
|
Have you tried adding a big dollop of Natella into ice coffee really makes it good.
|
Natella in iced coffee? Hmmm :)
You know what i like in my coffee? IcedZoo biscuits! :D |

Anyway, the candle thing...it's not waxy or anything disgusting like that...it's a mix of spice and sweetness that reminds him of candles. |
Umm, not to be a dreaded 'coffee snob' but could someone please tell me why everyone think starbucks is so freaking grand? I have ordered four cups of coffee from them over the last two years, every time it has been bitter, over-roasted (as in burnt) and "flat", or if it was an espresso drink the "baristas" didn't know the difference between a cappuccino and a latte, or how to make a decent foam out of whole milk.
I enjoy espresso, and many espresso drinks, but am rarely a fan of the super sweet variety that are trying to pass incognito as an ice cream sundae. Is that where the discrepancy lies, considering many people do like that type of drink? My favorite drink is a double or triple breve with one pump of vanilla, and made with heavy cream, not half and half. (Yes, horribly fattening, I know, but somehow worth it once in a while). Second favorite would have to be straight espresso as long as it is pulled right. Third, an iced raspberry mocha, and fourth, a thick frothed, creamy cappuccino, with a hint of mint and caramel. Maybe my stint as a barista got me spoiled..... |
My favourite drink is coke. I drink two litres of it, every day...Its liquid bliss...
|
Above were just coffee favorites. I'm a pepsi person when it comes to soda. Fresh milk and a nice red wine are pretty high on the list as well, in addition to a nice warm cup of tea.
|
Hmmm...Peach and honey tea with two sugars and no milk!

A few years ago, wasn't there a different Coke+Coffee thing? I remember it, but I think it failed. I remember it was good and had a weird aftertaste. |
That reminds me, I heard they started selling Jolt Cola again. A friend told me that they stopped selling it after "Some kid drank two 2 liter bottles of it and became retarded".
|
That sounds too funny to be true.:D
... Is it true? O_o |
I'm not sure. This friend is known for saying really terrible things, so it might not be. They guy might have just gotten sick or something.

When I used to drink alcohol (decades ago) I loved Kahlua and black coffee.
A relaxing yet wide awake buzz that tastes good too. Can't handle it anymore. |
