I joined this site a while back thinking it was a literary site, this would be a good place to mingle and share ideas with like-minded individuals who read bound stacks of paper with print all over (with an occasional picture here and there), you know, those book things... however...

WAS I EVER WRONG!

While there are a few individuals with a functioning brain,
wordsmiths, devourer of novels and plays alike.
The vast majority of the people in this site are, well...
to put it in the vernacular ¨dumb illiterate fucks!¨
but I mean that in the nicest way possible.

self-absorbed, illiterate, biased,
racists, opinionated, un-evolved troglodytes.
Once again, I mean this in a caring and loving way.
I have tried time and time again to be removed from
this ghastly site, however, my efforts have been in vain
and as of yet I am still a member of this stagnant, putrid
community of immature children and shit-heads.

So to any moderator or Admin, please remove me from this site.
Please delete my account and I never want to receive another email
from G-net ever again.

And for all you ill educated, brainless, shit-heads,

What an interesting generalization to make towards the site's populace as a whole. Not that I disagree, but I certainly don't agree. I mean, no talented writers? I wouldn't really think that too valid an assertion... but oh well, hope you get banned as soon as you'd hope.

Actually I think I'm more than slightly brain damaged, but who cares when you've got my back, riiiiight. HaHaHa

I haven't yet read anything from the "writers" here except a couple of newbies, I won't mention names but they sucked in my humble opinion. To be honest I think that a lot of the people here are really intelligent and entertaining which makes up for any lack of writing genius. Of course if you do see written works which you think need improvement better to offer advice than to just brush it off as being rubbish, unless of course you feel it is beyond help, but then that's what writing forums and such are all about - giving and getting criticism.

Well the insanity (or should we say eccentricity?) that writers tend to have definitely isn't lacking on this site.

The original poster seems to be a condacending, pretentious asshole.

I am still rather new, but recently I seem to recall that somebody posted somewhere that the site administrators are no longer allowing writing submission, so by nature the site is becoming less literary (if what I think I have been told is correct). HOWEVER, that does not mean we are not a collective of literary minded individuals. I think for the most part, this is an accurate statement.

As for the orginal poster, who thankfully has rumored himself to have fled. I have one new word of vulgarity for you ... new to my lexicon anyway: Ass Clown.

Well since you are such the critic, lets see some of your work.
I can name two people that come to mind right off the bat who are AWESOME writers on this forum in various styles. And that would be (and no I'm not kissing ass!) T-Stone and Edible Eye.

Congratulations on becoming Goth as Fuck. And I've already posted something I wrote. Also, I have never read T-Stone or Edible Eye and I was not denying that they are good writers, from what I hear they are fantastic and I don't doubt that. If you read what I said properly you would have noted that other than two baby goths - I HAVE NEVER READ ANYTHING FROM THE WRITERS ON THIS SITE - I hope that is clear enough for you.

I know I am not Xng but V. Dryad is correct. 'Let's' is the contraction form of let us. 'Lets' means to allow; to rent; to cause to; to permit, proceed or depart; to award. And the context of your statement: "...let us see..." is the one which makes grammatical sense.

Of course I am correct, he just doesn't like corrections from anyone other than Xng. An inferiority complex or something, who knows.
