I Am Happy Beyond Belief!!!
I’m totally happy right now. I’m no longer single, I have a Girlfriend and she is beautiful.
Her name is Patricia and she is a total cool nerd and its sooo awesome. We are in the same debate league and we go to camp together. Tomorrow were going to go on our first date!! I think the both of us are sorta nerds although were different brands of nerd. Were both on debate. The last 3 summers she went to math camp and this year to Debate camp. She hangs out with a group of stereo typical nerds but she stands out with them so much. Over all she is just very intelligent, and alienated for it.

I would guess her age at about..... 15? Perhaps 16? She reminds me of me, as in she probably looks older than she actually is. Am I close?

She's 14 but I think she looks 20. Especially when she gets dressed up.

Yes, she does look close to about 18, at least. 14, wow. Do you know if she likes looking older? Cause I know it often gets in the way for me. Although it sure was nice the day I realized that my friends who were 13 got suspicious looks from the ticket people when trying to get in to PG-13 movies, whilst no one had given me a second glance since I was about 10.

I dont think she minds it. But that pic was at her 8th grade graduation and now she's about to enter 10th grade. Usually she has everything covered up, like boyishly, it makes her look a little bit more her age.

So for our date we were just gonna hang out down town,, she lives down there like in the touristy area. We went to the gallery, and walked around the harbor, we ran into some of my friends so we went over my friends house and walked around the woods and hung out in an abandon building (very cool). At like 10 o clock we got on the light rail and then the bus and we got to my house at like 10: 50. We listened to music and talked and stuff. We went to sleep and then in the morning we went to camp.
She doesn’t dress like me like she doesn’t wear makeup or anything generally she wears jeans and a t shirt but she wanted to dress up so she wore some of my clothes and I did her make up. I also found out that she likes to listen to fall out boy and all that jazz…. So I was like non plused but whatever. When we got to camp the nerd squad (her friends, who I find to be exceptionally quirky) was mean that said she looked scary and that they thought she was gonna kill them. Also she is vegan which I already new, she wont use anything made or tested on animals. I’m just vegetarian. Our date went really well except I was sick ( stomach virus, and I was extremely dehydrated). My friends like her and she seems to like them. Although I wont see her for like a month because were both going somewhere over the summer, but that’s what cell phones and IM is for. |
Sorry to hear you got sick. She sounds nice, though. All first "dates" seem pretty awkward anyway. It seems like you're going to get on just fine.

It wasn’t awkward at all I’ve known here for like a year, were comfortable. I’m still sick and it sucks BLAAAAA!!
Although when we got off the bus and started walking toward my house she says “I’d never walk through this neighbor hood by myself." Which made me kinda laugh at her and she didn’t get why. She lives in a kinda nice area but its cool I just need to explain som thing to her. |
I meant the sickness part of it as being awkward, not the interaction. My first "date" wasn't much of a date, even if I knew the person I was "going out" with for way too long...

My sentiments exactly. There is always at least one thing that goes wrong on that first "date"...The important thing is that it works out in the long run, though, as corny and hackneyed as it sounds.
