A thread dedicated to the most recent album(s) that you have purchased. My most recently purchased albums:

Grendel - Prescription : Medicide
Novakill - Kill Everyone
Accessory - Forever & Beyond
Terrorfakt - Cold Steel World
Project Pitchfork - Kaskade
Blutengel - Demon Kiss
From Autumn to Ashes - Abandon Your Friends

Also just noticed that this is in the wrong section... must have clicked here on accident, sorry all. I mean no harm; honest mistake, honestly.

shouldn't this be in the MUSIC thread???

'Doing My Time,' Jim Gaffigan

SOLEFALD - Red For Fire - An Icelandic Odyssey Part I

Children of the Grave-Black Sabbath

Medulla - Bjork

The best of Coal Chamber
Static-X- Machine

Uberzone - Faith in the Future

DJ Tiesto - In Search of Sunrise 3 (Panama)

Armand Van Helden - New York: A Mix Odyssey

Sisters of Mercy and Love and Rockets.

I just got a Love and Rockets recently, too, winged..
I recently went on a mad record buying spree, and I got awesomely wonderful albums by Classix Nouveaux, Psychodelic Furs, Front 242, lots of David Bowie and several others. Joy in the ear, I tell you, sheer joy.

Cradle of Filth- Nymphatimine

Pantera- Far Beyong Driven, I got this for my brother for his birthday

mind.in.a.box - "Dreamweb" and "Lost Alone"
Les Anges de la Nuit - "Ruins of "Victory"

Sigur Ros - "Takk" (got for free)

And I love *both* of you. Bjork is a goddess among mere mortals, and we should crawl to her feet like slugs.

And I totally have "State of Emergency" tattooed on my back :)

I love that.

These are two of my most favorite albums.

I especially like "Lament for Lost Dreams" off of the "Dreamweb" album.

The last on e I bought was System of a Down "hypnotyzed" but that was for my brother (Birthday)

Geez, I don't even remember...I don't buy that many CD's and it's been a while. I remember I bought a used Peter Murphy CD with four tracks on it not too long ago.

I've seen that! In French, oui?

Children of Bodom - Are you dead yet?

But that was a birthday gift for someone. The last album I bought for myself was The Smiths - Louder than bombs. Or the Queen of the Damned soundtrack. I'm not sure.

Pink Floyd - Echoes
Nine Inch Nails - The Fragile

I haven't bought CDs for a while, though I went on a spree during the summer. Tool, Soundgarden, A Perfect Circle, Nine Inch Nails, Killswitch Engage...

Odd. I just realized that I don't have a single Goth-rock or industrial CD, not counting my four Nine Inch Nails albums. I need to find a good alternative music store-- I think a friend of mine mentioned Metropolis in Seattle.

Only Theatre of Pain - Christian Death
Enter The Wu Tang - The Wu Tang Clan
Serpentine Gallery - Switchblade Symphony
Cowboys From Hell - Pantera

I haven't bought CD's in awhile, either... but while in Europe, I bought 2.

Oasis - (What's The Story) Morning Glory?
28 Days Later Soundtrack

Ah, bien sur!

"Distances" by NamNamBulu

"Are You Dead Yet?" by Children of Bodom

The last album I bought was actually... Cradle of Filth - Live Bait for The Dead.
with 2 discs, you always know that you are spending your hard earned money very wisely, when you by a Cradle of Filth c.d! (very wisely)

Don't laugh, but i just recently bought GARY HOEY's new christmas album HO! HO! HOEY!, i just love the guitaring. What can I say, i'm a guitar fanatic.

Vanilla Fudge-Psychedelic Sundae:The Best Of Vanilla Fudge(cool 60's band)
Old School Rap vol.1-4 Boxset

60's music, old school rap and old school punk. I'm quite varied this month.

And this hasn't been moved to Music yet because...?

PS- I *LOVE* Iron Maiden's "Fear of the Dark". Love love love, love love love.

The last album I bought was Quiet Riot - British Steel.

Since then I went through a casette phase which is where most of my Iron Maiden, Scorpians, Metallica, and all that remain.

After casettes I got into CD's. I've got some 400 of those plastic things. Mostly of the goth/ Indistrial genres but a smattering of everything. Now I purchase music from this new thing called the cyberinterweb or some such nonsense.

Bad fuckin album i love it

My Ruin - To Britain with love... and bruises

Echo & The Bunnymen - Crocodiles
Current 93 - Judas As Black Moth
The Jesus & Mary Chain - Psychocandy

Demonista- Switchblade?? I heart you!!

And rock on to all the Maiden Fans.

I haven't bought music since I stopped working in the biz. But I guess the last one I bought was...the third to last Bowie Album or the last Tool album... not sure. Oh oh... Maiden Fans, check out Mortiis!! You'll love the war theme sound to it!

I bought Green Day's American Idiot and their CD/DVD, Bullet In A Bible

Good choice, you deserve a cookie. :D
