If there was an alternative name for ladies with over 1000 posts, What should it be?

Andrew Eldritch is a wonderful name but it is masculine. As a woman, I would like a woman's name.

I really see no point in having a gender option when it comes to titles. There is no reason to do so, well, no good reason to do so.
