Vampire teen made 'sex threat'
 

An Adelaide teenaged girl warned a man she would make him pay after he refused to have sex and pushed her off a bed, a court has been told.

Warwick Harold Acott, 39, of Seaton, is accused of assaulting and having unlawful sex with a teenager he met via the vampirefreaks.com website.

His South Australian District Court trial was told he pushed his way into her house on June 18, 2006 - when she was 16 - bit her breast and forced her to perform fellatio.

He allegedly called her a "good girl" afterwards, and whipped her with a cat o' nine tails before leaving.

Acott has denied the sex act.

But he admits he whipped and bit her - arguing it was at her insistence.

Acott said she pursued him after seeing his picture on vampirefreaks.com.

She told him she was 19, a "pain junkie" and wanted to be his whore.

"I wasn't put off by it to be honest, I was fascinated by it," he told his trial on Wednesday.

He said he stopped contact with her after he discovered she was underaged.

But he was happy to see her a year later when she tapped him on the shoulder as he was browsing in a sex shop.

"She pointed at a whip and said get me that for my 16th birthday," he said.

Acott said the girl invited him to her house, asked him to whip her and called him a "pussy" when he did it softly.

"She wanted me to mark her my whore forever.

"She pulled her pants down and leaned over the bed and said, 'give it your best shot and count to 10'."

He said she made him bite her breast and began to kiss her way down his chest.

But Acott said he pushed her off when she reached his navel, looked at him and said: "Oh, by the way honey, it's only legal if you are 16 also."

"I let loose with a tirade that I have never given anyone in my life," he said.

"I was calling her every name under the sun.

"She looked me dead in the eye and said no one f***s me over, you will pay for this."

Acott's trial continues.

Well, he knew the age, just not that he had to be the same age. A (somewhat) reasonable mistake, especially if his reaction after finding out is true. It makes him a bit of a dummy, but probably not criminally so. It's probably worth noting that in the USA ignorance of legal quirks like that isn't a legal defense in court.

Vampire Freaks is... well, it can be rather messed up. I personally reccomend it for mild amusement alone. :P

I don't think I really understand the situation here...I don't understand who the victim is.

The guy is the victim here because apparently according to his defense girl tried to trick him into having sex with her by lying to him about the age of consent as well as her age. When he found out later during sex that she lied about all of that she threatened to blackmail him, which is why they are in court now. The only question is which side is telling the truth.

Rather than torture myself on minor chronological details, I'll stand by my calling the guy a slimeball.

Eh I'm rather befuddled on how to make it simpler. I'll just cut through the details and simplify it as much as I can(which from what I hear my simplification skills arn't very good).
Girl took guy to court for underage sex, guy claims girl lied about age then after he found out real age threatened to call police if he didn't have sex with her. He didn't have sex with her so now she went through with the threat and went to court. It's a battle of his word versus hers.

I see both of these people at fault but the girl must be off her rocker.

I've yet to see any purity in old men dating people half their age and he sounded like he just wanted some young pink, with to me is filthy.

Still, the girl needs help whether she's lying her arse off or not if his story is true in any way.

Easy: Whore meets man with a "presumably" impressive package and wants to fuck. Being the manipulative whore she is, uses mind games to confuse horny asshole who has moment of conscience. I have a Vampirefreaks account, I've met some...well...interesting people. But I never would meet any of them in real life. Some people are just a crazy as they say. And I can honestly say I have never been lured anywhere by a minor.
