You'll get over it. English is a wierd language.
I refused to pursue someone romantically who lacks proper syntax and semantics.
That's a personal thing. Beyond romance and family, I don't really care. |

hi thanx for all the posts guys... IM VERY HAPPY NOW!!
you probably need some help, katsumy - if you so easily flip from being "in depression" to "so happy" just because a few no-name, no-face internet folk decide to put some blah-blah-blah in a thread you created.
and the fact you're from puerto rico allows for leeway when it comes to your english. keep practicing. you'll do fine. and yeah, i've felt rejected in the past. it's not a good feeling. |
yup rejection sucks. Nice words of wisdom from edible.
rejection and depression is good sometimes as it allows you to really take a good look at yourself. you can also turn people shitfaced comments into the fuel that gives you "drive" and also allows you to smash there face in later :D
Well I'm usualy in a happy, joy full mood... but the rejection... is depressing!!
I hate being rejected too, and I feel rejected very easily. All the time actually, but it's all a matter of perspective really.
Here's some good advice (that I'll pass on to you because I'm not using it anyway): One third of the people you know likes you, one third of the people you know doesn't like you and one third of the people you know don't give a shit about you. I've heard many people say this kind of perspective helped them a lot (it was even in Psychology Magazine a few months ago). As for spelling, I have a great perspective on that. As long as people can easily grasp the meaning of what you type, it's okay. Who cares about spelling correctly. It's completely irrelevant, no more than a convention. |
