It is so beautiful. The first pic is quite breath taking. I'd like to hike there one day. It look so similar to Bidwell park/Lassen mountain here if you go far enough.
How long did you travel there? Do you use rock climbing gears? Just wondering because I notice the clip on the belt. Thanks for sharing. |
We have exactly the same hair, you know?

Great minds think alike?
I LOVE my hair. Heh. No, we didn't have rock climbing gear, but there was a rock scramble that was fairly treacherous, but the view was so worth it. |
Mrs. Humane wants to be cremated when the time comes, and have her ashes spread along this trail. Now I can see why. Beautiful. Thanks Kontan.

None of those links work for me. Not even in a new window. :(

Remove the dot in live.journal. The other link had a colon missing. Nice pics. How long were you out there for? Took too long to post that, got distracted. |

I miss that raspberry tea.. gods.. I've been fooling around trying to make a similar recipe. I will send it to you when I get it right. |
Quite beautiful, it reminds me of all the tramping I used to do when I was little.
I think I might go for a walk myself someday, thanks for sharing the view. :) Also, where is this trail? My geographical knowledge of America is poor at best. |
Came late to the thread.
Corpsey: The AT runs from Mt. Springer in northern Georgia to Mt. Katadin in Northern Maine. It covers 13 states and over 2000 miles. Nice pictures, though it's really weird to see myself without all the facial hair I've aquired along the way. I'm going to have a couple of hundred more pics before the trip is over so we've got more to come. I'm kinda sad about those landscape shots. they look good, but they don't come close to how awesome they really were to see. |
nature is simply wonderful.
