Who are singers that are so bad you'd rather hear the sound of an infant being disemboweled than have to listen to them? I mean really lousy singers. List your top three. Or five. Or million, go nuts.

I like some Supertramp songs, but it is difficult to listen to a whole album of theirs, turns wimpy after a while.

Steven Tyler. Fuck, I hate Aerosmith.

I like the slow and subtle Seasons of Wither , but that's all. The rest is like someone strangling a cat. And he is ugly.

Joanna Newsom.

Her voice is frightening.

Anything in falsetto instantly just pisses me off.

George Dubya Bush makes me want to cover my ears and scream. As does Joan Rivers. That gravelly high pitched yell is unbearable.

As far as singer go, the lead singer of Buckcherry; I can only stand him for about two songs.

I suppose if you wanna hear the "worst" voices, you'd have to download something by the power electronic group "Whitehouse", but be warned about the content.

Anyways, I can NOT stand anything from those emo fake-punk girly-man bands. Not only their music, but the whiny-ness of their voices. "Hey there, Delilah, what's it like in *BANG!*"

The emo shit is too easy.

I dig Tiny Tim playing, but his voice really annoys me, same with Rush. Some mother fuckers should shut the fuck up. Like Trent Reznor.

Trent does whine a lot. Other than that, hmm... Fred Durst sucks a lot (yeAH!) and I can't understand a word Eddie Vedder is saying. On a related note, I have never been able to stomach Kurt Cobain, either.

AC/DC's. I hate them. The voice sucks and the guitar is below a beginner's level.

The intro to "Thunderstruck" is awesome, but other than that, I am in complete agreement, Jilly.

Rush has a high pitched singer (Geddy Lee I believe) that I do like, but most of my friends do not. (plays Big Money...)

I am saddened and dismayed by the lack of Kurt love. Ah, well, to each their own. :<

As for myself, I have trouble with Amy Lee. She sounded great on Bring Me to Life, but the rest of her music? Absolutely passionless, pointless shit. It was like she did that one track then decided, "Screw this, I don't care anymore," and just read from a cue card for the rest. Pity. The guitarist is quite talented, I really wanted to like the band. But Amy Lee just drives me far, far away.

I also don't care for...well, most country artists. I often hear it playing in stores or blaring out of someone's speakers around here, and I just can't understand the appeal of obviously fake Southern accents and the often extremely nasal female performers. I'm sure there are some tolerable vocalists somewhere in the genre, but I've yet to hear any. It's just as well, I suppose, since I'm not to thrilled with the music in general; it's boring.
