Looking for a very specific edition of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein
 

My wife recently told me about an edition of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein she had seen years ago and has been very irritated with herself for not purchasing it. I really want to find it for her. She described the cover as a white background with a mask like face in the middle of it. The "mask" had a muscleish sinewy appearance to it. Can anyone give me any more information on this release of an amazing classic?

Also, I forgot to add, I have been unable to even find a picture of it in either Google or yahoo images.
