Well, fortunately I was wrong. She was just too lazy to call me back. She regularly ignores my calls and then tells my father that I don't want to spend time with my family.

I ended up just going to the house and taking the kid.
She was there and all, but she was weird about it at first.
We got our ice cream!

At least you make an effort to see the kid. The last thing my aunt said to me was that I was "She refused to see me any longer", because I said the British royal family were a bunch of uncultured hooligans.
