Movies with twisted/good endings

I don't know if this has been brought up but I decided to ask if anyone new of any movies that had cool/good/twisted/unexpected endings.

Two movies that I think have really good endings really good are Momento and The Prestige. Both very good movies that end with a twist.

Everyone who has seen that Pan's Labyrinth says its a good movie. I have to remember to see it. Although I heard that it is quite sad.

It's a very good movie and yes, it is sad, especially the ending.

A funny story I heard about Pan's Labyrinth is that in Mexico, they put up posters in movie theatres warning people not to bring their children to see it, because despite the R rating people thought it was ok to bring young children to see the movie.

Yeah I would blame that on the marketing campaign, I went to see it thinking that A) it wasn't going to have subtitles as there was nothing in the commercials to indicate that it wasn't in English and B) that it was purely fantasy. Don't get me wrong, I did really like the movie, it just wasn't what I thought it would be.

I liked the ending of "The Time Machine" the 1960 version.

I don't understand why everyone thinks the ending of Pan's Labyrinth is so sad.
