Second, how the hell would you get watching women undress from that rather than stuff like oral or masturbation?

Oh and in case you were wondering where the term comes from: people who take an abstinence pledge (as are mandatory in many abstinence only sex ed programs) get around it by having non-vaginal sex (be it oral, anal, or manual) and so they can freely engage in non-vaginal sex but still call themselves virgins.
