You're an opinionated Moderate? That's rather contradictory. It would be assumed that "opinionated" people have a stance. Moderates don't take one. They simply pick the middle road, the least aggressive and generally bland, conforming ideas. That's like saying you're passionately stoic. It makes little sense.

Ok asshole I will be specific. I am Pro Gay Marriage, don't give two shits about abortion, I am strict with money, low budget spending and low taxes. Individual Responsibility, for equal civil liberties to all people. Moderates have their own opinion and don't side with a party, that doesn't mean they can't believe strongly in something.

Low spending and low taxes? How do you expect the roads to be built? Or the police department or better yet the fire department? What about the schools, and the college system? What about the parks department, or how about that god damn military that you on the right love so much?

Stuff like what? Our needless spending is on the military. If you really want what is in the people's best interest, then taxes would need to raise in order to pay for things like health care for ALL citizens, like DECENT education, like ACTUAL EFFECTIVE environmental plans.

Again I DON'T CARE!!! As far as spending goes I leave that up to the corrupt politicians, I can't do anything about that. I would love Health care for all people, environmental plans to stop global warming and such. But these policies REQUIRE TWO THINGS, we WILL be in debt, and taxes will be VERY HIGH. And I suppose we need to sacrifice though, for the good of the people. My honest opinion.

We have Austrailian members here, they'll tell you Austrailia isn't perfect either. You cant just run from somthing the second things go wrong, otherwise the whole world would be doomed, because everyone would be running away from everyone. There is no pay. Fuck pay, pay is meaningless. You put in your hard days work doing a needed role of society, you should be entitled to the bare essentials to live. You want people to get payed based on the society's view of their worth. That can ONLY lead to poverty, and en masse.

You think a doctor is any better than a garbage man? Why? Sure, he saves lives, but I want you to think about what would happen to society without garbage collectors. The rubbish would pile up like a bad Dickens novel setting, things would get dirty, diseases would explode in every direction, and all the well trained French doctors in the world wouldn't save you.
