I very recently found out that such a thing exists. They actually make underwear that is padded in the back to give the illusion that you actually have an ass to those that lack this. So,

if they made undergarments to make your ass look bigger

and they made undergarments to make your boobs look bigger

do they make undergarments to make your dick look bigger?

Many people have figured out ways to make themselves look like big dicks.

I figure you can just wrap yourself up in some tube socks.

They have made all three mentioned undergarments for awhile now.
