So, my friend Joe Lipari is going to court this morning for the third time.

Apparently, he's being charged with "terroristic threatening" for posting a variation of the "round after round" fight club speech as his facebook status.

Anyway, guy has been trying to get his story to the media, and the only news network that's called him back so far was FOX news.

They told him that they would consider putting him on the air, But only if he agreed to make negative comments about Obama during the interview.

Seriously, fuck that whole network.

Jon Stewart called Fox News on the "Fair and Balanced" claim over a month ago in this hilarious bit, saying the mainstream media may have the disease of being biased to the left, but if that's a disease ... Fox news is producing way too many antibodies.

That is so preposterous. Not only that he would get charges for posting a speech from a great film, but that only FOX would run the story.
