1) That picture has been disqualified and 2) you don't know what the criteria for winning is and 3) the rules state the criteria for winning will not be revealed prior to judging to prevent cheaters.

As stated, judging criteria is secret to prevent shenanigans. No matter yr boobie size, all are welcome as all have their merits. You can't go wrong with tits, with the few exceptions.
