I only have half a cigarette left!


............and my hemroids are acting up

I am so happy I quit smoking.

I wish i could quit smoking *as i take a puff on my pipe* yup, cancer is probably in my lungs sitting all evil like.

It's hard when you know you gotta grab like one every hour.


My trick was cutting it in half, so I get less and less smoke in my lung and even so, I'd still feel like you had one already.

I quit smoking a month and a half ago. Now if I could just get off the smack.. *sigh*

What's funny is that there is a place on post that I can go to and they'll help me quit. I guess you go to a class that gets you out of work for a week and is worth promotion points. After that, they give you something called chantex that blocks the nicotine receptors in your brain for free. It's hard to pass up.

But sometimes a cigarette is the high point of my day. When I get back from Afghanistan, I think I'd like to have a go at it.
