I have one, but I rarely use it. I used to use shelfari, but everyone seemed to move to Goodreads and I was pissy about having to re enter all my books, as you can see I gave up pretty quickly. I should start using it again though since now I finally have time for reading.

Does it give you recommendations based on what you've read before? Or is it just about sharing book lists with other people? I'd like something sort of like Last.fm but with books.

it actually has recommendations. You can ask for a certain type of book you'd like to read from the community and anyone can reply to you. And it has some featured books here and there, ads but for books.
