Welcome. =]

Godslayer Jillian 11-01-2006 03:41 PM

Wait, what do you mean "Make some friends so we can be "goth" again"?

Slap Your Love 11-02-2006 05:41 AM

I was thinking the same thing.

Don't Look Behind You 11-02-2006 07:54 AM

Indeed, and I.

PersephoneX 11-02-2006 09:01 PM

me too, actually...

DarkHeartedDemoness 11-03-2006 07:50 AM

That doesn't make sense-- isn't it like a Rule of Goth that you can't have any friends...?

By the way, Garbi, the gender thing isn't at ALL obvious to me... Care to answer the question?

Oh thank goodness! and I thought I was the only stupid one.

Godslayer Jillian 11-03-2006 04:12 PM

Haha, maybe I'll be entirely wrong, but Garbi sounded like a man in the introduction.

Don't Look Behind You 11-03-2006 04:14 PM

and I bet it's a woman

I think it would be time for this certain individual to finally clear up the mystery

Garbi 11-06-2006 01:14 AM

Clear up..

My lovely "gray" brain cells have been alerting me to ask you some obsolute questions:

- We are goths but how can we be goths if we are not in bulk? Are you one of those Vampire loving, goth wearing type of "goths" that gives the image of "loneliness" and pain but inside is longing for a pink-windowed house witha garden where you can grow your own carrots and live hapily ever after?I`m not I believe..Thats why I need some friends to exchange and learn and live and be "goth" again...

- What in the name of .. matter if I am a male, female, a trans or bi or some other "medio" class creature? For the curious minds I am a male..

No offends... I feel home here..

cheers

I assume that what you mean is, "what does it matter if I'm male or female or something in-between?" right? For the record, bisexual people have very distinct genders, and transgender people have easily named genders as well. What I mean by the last statement is, no matter what gender you are born, if you choose to be identified as a man or a woman than you are a man or a woman. If you are completely adrogynous, or a hermaphrodite that has decided not to identify with one gender or another.
The reason your gender matters, and is a question on our list, is so that we don't have to call you "it". No one wants to be "it". I'm sure you'd rather be referred to as "he", as I prefer to be referred to as "she".

You can be a goth even if not in a group just as you can be a Zoroastrianist even if you are the only one in town. Now, of course, you would have to know much about the meaning of Goth if you're on your own, or you might be preaching the wrong message.

Haha, in fact I hate those that are obsessed with vampires. It's evident most of them have read nothing vampiric prior to Anne Rice. I always love to point that Dracula had a child-brain and was only mildly attractive not due to his physical body (he had damned hair on his palms!) but for the hundreds-year old distillation of his human natue; that's right, his human nature.

Well, that would be a very sad case of a person, wouldn't you agree?
Not only would that person try to be something he is not, but he would abhor what he is trying to be.
