I'm a stay-at-home father.

I don't really have a favorite.

A little late for that.

Something up-beat. (I think funerals should be festive occasions.)

If by natural causes: In bed, surrounded by family.
If by suicide: I'd strap a bunch of dynamite to my body, climb to the top of the tallest building in New York City, set the dynamite to go off when I reach 50 feet, and jump. That way, the crowd below will get covered in my gore.

8. What kind of casket would you want?

One of those old-fashioned ones, that are wider at the shoulders than at the head and feet. And made of oak.

Don't have one.

10. What's one thing you miss about being a little kid?

Nothing.
