You're not an outside observer. And you're the one who asked. If she doesn't want to make the effort, which is what you implied, a makeover isn't going to help. That would just be other people making the effort. If you think she's let herself go because of mental health issues, then you need to talk to her about it, not go on some website and bitch. If you think she's unattractive, you need to work that out between the two of you. A bunch of complete strangers on a website are not going to help mend whatever is wrong with your relationship, even if it's something as superficial as her appearance.
