Self Introduction

It's been about a year since I joined this place, and I vowed to myself that I would post an introduction back up at around this time. Also, it would be fun to return to this board, it has been a while.

1. What do you do? (Hobbies, job)
I wish to become a somewhat well-known actor one day, so my current "job" is studying to become one. The rest of my activities are usually reserved to reading, music and performing.

2. Where are you from?
Porirua, New Zealand, the sinkhole of Wellington.
3. Who is your favorite author?

4. What are your favorite films?
Battle Royale I&II, Pulp Fiction, Night at the Museum and several other movies featuring Sam Neil.

5. What music do you want played at your wedding?
"Zero" by The Smashing Pumpkins, or "The Love Song", by The Cure. Probably Zero because of the words: "She's the one for me, she's all I really need".

6. At your funeral?
"Aint afraid to die", by Dir En Grey.

7. This IS a gothic website, so... how do you want to die?
In a way that does not involve me being corrupted by money or loosing my nerve. The best probable event for me would be to die skiing.

8. What kind of casket would you want?
Preferrably something with green on it. Nothing too great or overly eloquent.

9. What's your FAVORITE outfit?
Currently I have three; shiny black boots, loose brown cargo pants with a green and white arm-length top, boots with long black jeans, my Die Toten Hosen shirt and a great purple waist-length trench, and sneakers, grey pants an arm-length black cotton top.

10. What's one thing you miss about being a little kid?
Learning as openly and being unbiased.

11. What's your favorite band?
A large variety of alternative bands. My main ones are Die Toten Hosen, Dir en Grey, A Perfect Circle, Tool, Switchbalde symphony, The Cruxshadows, The Cure, Opeth and Disillusion.

12. What kind of education do you have? What is/was/will be your major?
None as of yet, in a year or two I shall hopefully have a Diploma in Live stage and screen arts.

13. Why did you join?
Because it seemed logical at the time.

14. If the first 13 questions didn't give it away. What is your sex?
The type that has an orgasm 1/10th the power of the other sex. I think gender is a constraining concept so I chose the word sex.

Draconysius 05-13-2007 05:42 AM

Welcome back.

maggot 05-13-2007 06:07 AM

Welcome back.

Dancing_in_rain 05-13-2007 07:45 PM

Quoting both Draco and Maggot, Welcome back.

Special brownie points for Dir en Grey! They rock!

disorder 05-13-2007 11:33 PM

I looooooooooooooooove you Corpsey.

KontanKarite 05-13-2007 11:37 PM

The hell if I know which sex has the better orgasm. I can only imagine it's the females. But I'm too tired to look it up.

Anyway, welcome back. I barely knew ye and I missed you anyway.

Valerius 05-14-2007 01:07 AM

Did you actually go away for a long time?

Renatus 05-14-2007 04:46 AM

Yay night in the museum, how can you not love the epic struggle to hold the spear down letting the air out of the tires.

Corpsey 05-15-2007 06:46 PM

Thank you all for the welcoming back, it was very nice.

Disorder, you are awesome as well.

Dancing_in_rain, Thanks, I love Dir en Grey as well. I think I might listen to Child Prey shortly. Yummy Visual Kei Awesomeness.

KotanKarite, Yes indeed, women supposedly enjoy it ten times more than men.

Valerius, I posted every now and then, but I have not frequented here like I used to do since about October last year, I believe. Once I get a stable access to the internet, I hope to frequent here more.

Renatus, I loved it more because It seemed like one of the best movies to watch for all ages. The themes behind it were great and some of my favourite actors were on it.

Hmmmmmmmmm, I seem to have missed number three. My favourite author are the creators of Death Note, but I can't seem to remember their names as they're written in Kanji.

maggot 05-15-2007 08:17 PM

I didn't get anything? Jerk.

Magpie_Tendencies 05-15-2007 11:34 PM

Corpsey!! Great to see you around these parts again!

*Huge Hugs*

HumanePain 05-16-2007 07:12 AM

The voice of reason returns! Except you didn't say anything about Mag.
:D
Welcome back anytime.

The manga? I haven't read any but I am watching the anime, I love it. It didn't sound too good when it was recommended to me but it changed my mind very quickly.
And welcome back from a new person

Dancing_in_rain 05-16-2007 01:23 PM

Oooo...Death Note. I love it! I'm currently listening to --------- (written in Japanese characters) by Dir en Grey. YEAH! Go D.e.G!

Raptor 05-16-2007 01:45 PM

Its great, as are Dir En Grey yep! Only wish the episodes came out more often

Corpsey 05-16-2007 06:30 PM

Maggot, excuse me for not mentioning your name. You said welcome back, thus I said thanks to those who said welcome back to me, it was very nice, thus I meant you and Draconysius.

Yes, Mags, I am trying to make a return here, and it's great to see you here too! Check your texts! Things have changed somewhat..... :(

Humane, I never thought of myself as a voice of reason, more of a anarchist who thinks any form of ruling is likely to fall, sheerly based on the fact that it is run by humans. I guess you could call that a voice of reasoning if you like, but thank you, I am touched. :)

All those Desu Noto fanatics, the manga is waaaaay waaaay better than the anime. Except for episode 25, I liked that better when it was in anime form.

Aaroneet 05-18-2007 08:42 AM

I wasn't a member before you left. In any case, welcome back.

maggot 05-18-2007 12:30 PM

Check my texts? What?

And yay! I got a reply :D

MollyMac 05-18-2007 05:14 PM

Hellooooooooooo, nurse!

Good to see ya again, m'dearest Corpsey.

Corpsey - The answer to Q. 14, was that in reference to an old Greek (or possibly Roman) story? I read a story that stated that women enjoy sex more than men but I can't remember how it went and I'd like to find it again...

dark_dragon_of_ice 05-18-2007 07:40 PM

You live in Porirua? I live in Churton Park =D awesomeness XD

Corpsey 05-20-2007 09:51 PM

Aaronet, thanks. Tis nice to be back when I can get some free time on the net.

Maggot, Yeah, that was about some texts I sent to Mags earlier on but I think I got on msn later on that evening so texting wasn't really required....

MollyMac, I remember you somewhat, although I don't get the "hello nurse reference" if you said it to me before. Very good to see you too.

Magpie, I haven't read that out of any greek theatre, but I do believe it was scientifically prooven by measuring brain waves. I might be talking out of my arse because I don't have any sources, but I find it a rather interesting fact nevertheless. Lucky women.

dark_dragon_of_ice Yep, in Porirua but I sure as hell want to get the hell out of that town. It depresses me and I have never been eyed up so much by randoms on the street. I have no idea where that park is though, but I assume it's somewhere in Welly.

dark_dragon_of_ice 05-20-2007 10:14 PM

Its a suburb just next to Johnsonville XD

Corpsey 05-20-2007 10:27 PM

I know where Johnsonville is, but that's about it. I'm new to Welly so I usually don't know all the names the locals here know.
