Jrock Clothing: How To/and Where To Help Please
Two questions in 1 thread. Typical of me really. ^^
1. What are some good sites for Jrock/Visual Kei clothing? I already know Sexpot Revenge, they get some good stuff but that's about it for me. XD 2.How would you DIY typical Jrock/visual kei clothing? Such as bondage pants and those half skirt-half pant type garments. Any ideas? Thank you in advance. :) |
Firstly.. Woo to the J-Rock. Um.. anyway...
The only thing I can suggest is, unless you live in Japan, which I'm going to assume you don't is well... Keep an eye out for Gothic Loli brands that take your fancy and visit their sites and pay an obscene amount of money... Lol.. Uhh.. Aside from Sexpot Revenge.. I will recommend these particular brands: h.Naoto, algonquins, Moi Meme Moitie, Putomayo and maybe Miho Matsuda. Not sure if these will help at all... Hopefully they do. Also, CD Japan has Loli brands for sale...So yeah. (And as for the DIY.. Can't really help you there.) I hope this has helped. If not.. well.. I tried *shrugs* |
The cheapest, I've ever found is ebay, and still that's about 60-70 a piece, including shipping. I want some SO bad. But it's expensive...Living in American sucks. Lol

My honest suggestion because I love gothic loli and punk loli is to learn how to sew and imitate. Hang out at craftster.org (however it is spelled), look at sewing patterns, etc, that's your cheapest move right there.
For stores, have you tried Putumayo or Rakuen? I like their stuff. Just take a gander around online (visit the *********** egl community) and see what you can get. |
DIY that's the cheapest and best way to get clothes much like the ones from Japan that you see and love.
