So the parts you bleached are still black, or did they turn orange? If they turned orange wait a day or two and use conditioner in your hair a few times and try agian. If that doesn't work you can go to a stylist and have your hair stripped but I'm not sure if you can do parts of it or if you'd have to take all the black out, or what it cost, but it does take a really long time.
