I think hot topic is in Junior's sizes, which is smaller than Women's. I have tried on pants there, and they are made for no-ass-havin' 13 year olds! The waist and hips are the same size, and the inseams are the same length whether it is a 3 or an 11. Hot topic is mass-produced, overpriced crap- the Wal-Mart of the goth world. (but they have cool t shirts sometimes)
