SANCTUS: No. It was held on 24th Street. The starting-point was 24th & Potrero Streets. The parade went past Mission Street. The endpoint/rally location was Horace Mann Middle School on 23rd & Bartlett Streets. I live further up the hill from the Mission District, in a another historically working-class neighbourhood called Bernal Heights. I love it here, despite the slow, steady trickle of what I call the undesirable element--Yuppies. I only stayed in the Tenderloin [T.L.] for 5 months. Can't say I liked it.
