This jackass I work with was on the phone for 30 mins before I asked him to get off of it. (Im the night manager) I asked 4 more times and the last time I asked he turned to me and said “I don’t have to get off the phone for you bitch.” And he stayed on the phone. I unplugged it on him once, but as soon as I had a customer he plugged it back in and called whoever it was back. He was even talking shit about me with a different co-worked and knew I could hear him.

*Sigh* At that point I realized he wasn’t gonna do a damn thing I asked him to so I went to the manager. The jackass is now getting written up and if he doesn’t sign the paper hes automatically suspended from work. Oh, he even left the store with the phone for 10-15 mins while he was still clocked in. If I had it my way I would have just fired his ass right then and there.
