Heh, I actually have issues with hands and feet too. I can't just DRAW them, so I usually have someone model just the hands and feet for me, and then I'll use reference sketches. Much nicer than the blobs I'd draw otherwise.
Eyes are just my favorite thing to draw. I can't explain that . . . :P
I've been asked if I wanted to be a manga-ka before, and I probably wouldn't do that as my main occupation, but I'm not going to stop drawing.
