actually as far as I know you can leave school as soon as you have all of the credits that you need to graduate (my friend graduated at 15 so I know that it can happen you just have to work your ass off) and you can drop out of high school, which you start at about 14, if you want as long as you have the permission of your guardian (you just have to go through a bit of a process in order to legally do so)
As for sex we can have it whenever we want as long as that person has the same legal standing as we do. At 18 we are legally considered adults and are able to have sex with anyone over 18 (legally considered minors and not able to give consent). In some states the is a three year window (like a 20 year old can have sex with a 17 year old) and in other states the age is lower. The restrictive laws about sex are the ones that really aren't enforced (in Virginia, my home state, you can only legally have sex in the missionary position but that doesn't really stop anyone kind of like you can't eat cherry pie with vanilla ice cream on Sundays)
