As for sex we can have it whenever we want as long as that person has the same legal standing as we do. At 18 we are legally considered adults and are able to have sex with anyone over 18 (legally considered minors and not able to give consent). In some states the is a three year window (like a 20 year old can have sex with a 17 year old) and in other states the age is lower. The restrictive laws about sex are the ones that really aren't enforced (in Virginia, my home state, you can only legally have sex in the missionary position but that doesn't really stop anyone kind of like you can't eat cherry pie with vanilla ice cream on Sundays)

In some states the legal age of consent for sex can range from 14-18. As for school you can leave as long as you have all required credits for school. Or if you want to drop out you must 16. But it ranges from state to state. There's no set law for all of America.
