School uniforms over here. No such thing as goth.
Make up- even on shiny sports girls- is to be taken off unless it's subtle (so I and my thing line of inner-rim eyeliner were okay). Jewellery was kept to a minimum (so my single skull ring was fine). No boots or any footwear other than sensible black shoes.
Easier this way. None of that fashion rubbish from anyone.
