If your school's anything like the one I went to, if they do anything at all they'll... lock the girls' bathrooms. That was the solution to everything, last year. Girls were smoking in there? Lock the toilets. Girls were smoking in the playground? Lock the toilets. Girls were just hanging around but not smoking? Lock the toilets. Boys were playing football outside the library? Lock the toilets. People weren't wearing full school uniform? Lock the toilets. People were having staring contests with the janitors via the CCTV cameras? Lock the toilets.
