A shared moment in the dark.
As daylight looms,
Pressing down it's weighted reality
Against the liquid movement
Of their souls.
It threatens to trap whispered secrets
In one moment, one time.
One frozen instant
As they gasp, as one,
And claw towards the sky.
As daylight looms upon the broken edge of dawn…
And spills forth
To wrap it's arms around them.
