Wow. I remember the bruise obviously, and trick-or-treating at my own house (we buy candy every year, and only get like, 5 kids coming by, so I got to take the rest), and being glad that I wouldn't have to go work in kindergarten the next day because I wouldn't have to deal with a class of hyper-and-athen0crashing 5 year olds (the day after Halloween was off for the elementary school for some reason), and yeah. Wednesday was the best, I got to sleep in. Now I know what my mom feels like, being a teacher.
