Mistakes with liquid eyeliner can always be corrected with a cotton swab dipped in a little eyemakeup remover
( cheaper than those eyemakeup remover pen things).
I practically LIVE in liquid and cream liner. I use it for upper and lower lids, and my lines are very neat indeed! I have had a ridiculous amount of practice!!
