Winter, in a short skirt, without hose?! Are they bloody INSANE?????? Hell I'd intentionally get myself expelled. Plus that's way beyond behavior control, that's brainwashing! One should be allowed to wear whatever one pleases, with in reason, because high/middle school is experimentation time. Not Catholic School Barbie time!
