I don't think anyone looks the way they want, we all have our things. Try a special bra, try to put accents on your feminine points. Using makeup is experimenting and learning, it'll take time but you'll get used to it. About the facial hair I can't help you much, try a good cream after shaving and if you have enough money there is something with lasers I'm sure, so you can remove it permanently. Cheer up a bit, I'm sure you're more beautifull than you want to make us believe here.
