You gotta do wat you gotta do. I'm telling you if you hold back and don't press charges against this guy then you're damning another girl to the horror that you yourself lived through 15 years ago. Give him what he deserves, and give yourself the consolation that once you've taken the proper steps you've taken at least one towards making things better for all and giving this guy his just desserts. Be strong and stand up for what you believe is right.
