I have school tomorow. and I dont really wanna take it out. I also dont want to get sent to some mental institute. Im wondering if people will treat this the same way they would treat cutting? Cuz im not really sure. Could I get away with claiming it was for decoration?

First of all, you are putting yourself at risk for infection and scarring. An arm corset piercing done by a trained professional is still likely to reject, so yours almost definitely will, especially if you are purposefully tugging on it.
Second, I think it will be seen as worse than cutting because it's far more unusual and visible. If you are planning on wearing clothing that exposes it I have to wonder if getting attention factored into your behavior anyhow.
Third, you really need to talk to a guidance counselor or qualified professional if you think this sort of behavior is somehow different or better than self mutilation as a way of dealing with issues. Self-done surface piercings do not strike me as a very practical coping mechanism.
