It's a result of the board switching over to another code. Not sure if they will be fixed, but anything you upload now will work just fine.
I'd suggest opening a free account over at Photobucket.com. When you upload a pic, it gives you three lines of code under each pic and all you have to do is copy one (use the link that starts with [IMG] and ends with [/IMG]) and paste it on this board.
