Ever have 'Night Terrors'? I used to get em if I slept it, so technically they are 'Day Terrors' for me.
Except once, I was paralyzed and couldn't move and I don't know if it was the wind or what but something was opening the door...very slowly...and the hallway had no lights on so it was dark...and I could not move. Well my mouth opened but no noise would come out.
Scientists think that the body has a button that paralyzes the body when you sleep so that you don't move around IRL. Problem with 'Terrors' is you awake from the dream, but the 'button' hasn't been shut off just yet.
So you lay there, unable to move.
Sucks.
And yes I can fully control my dreams. If I do something bad, I say to myself I can erase that from ever happening and I can. Also I can shoot fire at bad guys.
