At least your washrooms get properly cleaned. Mine never did. The same hair was there until it washed down the drain, the same huge chunks of dropped soap until they disolved away, same other stuff that I never bothered to find out what it was...
Do you use cheap shower sandals in the shower? If not, you really really sould. They stop you from getting/spreading warts and athlete's foot... and stepping on goodness knows what else.
As for the neighbour's sex... I only had to deal with that once last year. This year, my neighbour either doesn't do anything (at least not in her room), or they're
very quiet.
