yeah, I sure did.
Oh well, it deserves two.
I thought the movie was incredibly well done, and it was a big step forward for Tim Burton. I loved the music, and in comparison to a recording of the original that I have, I think it's just as good, just a little more polished (I mean.. what do you expect..) The only thing that I can find to complain about is that there wasn't any of Burton's signature quirky humor. I mean, don't get me wrong, it was downright funny at times, but it was just not as 'quirky' as I expected it would be.
But now that I'm talking about it, I really want to see it again.
